The primary purpose of these frameworks is to guide conversations around performance and progression between managers and their reports

The frameworks are not gospel and should not be used as a tickbox exercise. We have not built the framework to address every single situation possible, nor do we intend to use it to create an algorithm which can mathematically calculate people's levels. Progression and promotion events will take many things into consideration, with the framework existing to support expectation setting as you move forward in your career.
