Sometimes things happen in life that are out of our control and there will be times that you need to help those that are dependent on you. Not a benefit we hope you will need to use often but for when a situation arises, we offer 5 days of paid leave within a 12 month rolling period that you can take to look after your loved ones.

E.g. Your child is unwell and cannot go to nursery so you need to look after them. Your elderly parent has had a fall and needs to be taken care of, or your dog needs an emergency trip to the vets.

Dependents can be: Children, spouses, partners, elderly parents, pets
