The cadence is in line with the financial year end of March 31st.

Why?

Performance Reviews are a moment for you to zoom out, reflect on the last 2 quarters and look ahead at what's next for your growth.

Celebrate your wins, get meaningful feedback from your manager and peers, and capture progress against your development goals.

How?

These inputs will culminate in a performance review meeting run by your manager, discussing forward-looking growth opportunities and realigning your personal goals, both tactical and developmental, in Bob.

Your manager will be having their performance review at this time, your upward feedback will be crucial in helping assess their performance.

At the start of the survey, you will be asked to give an overall performance rating. You must be completely honest and objective when assigning this rating.

Think critically and honestly about your performance compared to the expectations of your level and role, and how you delivered against your goals or OKRs.

A rating of 3 - Achieving, is equivalent to 'meeting expectations'. This is a positive rating and where we expect the majority of people in the team to be performing at any given time.
