Unless agreed as part of your contract, all team members within a commutable distance are required to work a minimum of 2 days per week in the office. You should consult with your team and manager on the best days to be in the office to suit your role.

The rest of the week you are free to work in the office or from somewhere else of your choosing, but you should continue to have a flexible approach to being in the office outside of planned days if you're needed.

**Our contracted hours are 40 hours a week.

However,** the company offers flexible working that enables employees to structure their working week around personal, family, or religious activities, as long as these arrangements are coordinated with their line manager and meet the needs of the business.

Within reason you can:

  1. Switch up your core working hours to fit your personal working style. For example, do you work better in the mornings? Switch your working day to 8:30-17:30
  2. Come in late / leave early to accommodate unexpected life events. Stressing out about doctors appointments, boiler service visits or sick children isn’t fun for anyone, so don’t do it. Notify your manager and immediate team of any unexpected schedule changes - communication is key!
