This is a 1 hour(ish) long talk with your Manager following your completed performance review being shared with you via Bob.

Meeting structure:

• General discussion about the key points in the feedback
• Peer feedback discussed
• Discussion about your current level
• Outline of goals and set their timelines
• Follow up 1:1s scheduled

<aside> 💡 When you get your feedback take time to understand it. Try to look for themes or overlapping feedback throughout the different reviews. Is there something being said multiple times (good or bad)? It could be weighted in truth and probably worth addressing.
