Most of you will spend quite a bit of your working day looking at a screen and we want to help keep your eyes healthy, so, to keep them in tip-top shape you can have your eyes tested once a year on us.
Just pop to your chosen optician for your eye test and once it’s done, you can claim back the cost of the test via the usual expense method
Note: Reimbursement is for standard eye tests up to a maximum value of $50 and you must provide the VAT receipt
Please do not use your Spendesk card to pay for your eye test
If your peepers do need a bit of help and you have a prescription that states you need glasses for VDU use, we will also give you up to $50 towards a brand new pair of glasses or contact lenses, so that you can keep your ‘specs-appeal’ 🥸
Purchase your glasses or contacts from wherever you like and claim back up to $50 via the usual expense method. Want to keep your frames and just need some new lenses? That’s fine too.
Note: You will need to provide a copy of your prescription as well as the VAT receipt to claim the VDU glasses contribution.
If your glasses cost less than $50 in total, we will reimburse the total cost shown on the receipt.
If your glasses cost more than $50 in total, we will reimburse the maximum £50 contribution.
