AWARD CATEGORIES
Nominees should contribute to the company’s mission by excelling in one or more of the following areas:
- 💡 Innovation Champion: Introduced a creative idea, solution, or process that improves workflows or outcomes.
- 🏈 Team Player: Collaborated effectively with others to achieve goals, foster inclusivity, and support colleagues.
- 🦸 Customer Excellence Hero: Went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service or results to internal or external customers.
- 💫 Rising star: A junior team member who has made a significant impact and demonstrates high potential and growth.
NOMINATION PROCESS
- All employees submit nominations for colleagues within their department using a Google Form.
- (If you have collaborated closely with someone from another department, you are also welcome to nominate them.)
