To recognise and celebrate employees from every department who demonstrate excellence and embody Automata's mission through innovation, teamwork, and commitment to exceptional results.

Background:

In December 2024, Automata launched its inaugural Awards program in response to employee engagement surveys highlighting the need for enhanced recognition within our culture. While the initiative received widespread positive reception, we identified several opportunities to further improve engagement and team outcomes.

Building on this foundation, we've evolved the program into a quarterly recognition scheme operated at the department level. This refined approach emphasises inclusivity and streamlined administration, providing every team across the business with a consistent platform to celebrate and reward exceptional contributions. Recognising achievements three times a year ensures timeliness and relevance, while the departmental focus provides meaningful, context-specific acknowledgement.
