2. Eligibility

This policy applies to all permanent employees at Automata who have completed 6 months of service and are:

• Undergoing fertility treatments such as IVF, IUI, egg/sperm freezing, surrogacy, or other assisted reproductive procedures.
• Engaged in the adoption process, including appointments, home visits, legal procedures, and training sessions.

3. Time Off for Treatments, Appointments & Adoption Processes

To support your journey, Automata offers:

• Up to 5 Days of Paid Leave Per Treatment or Process: This entitlement applies to each fertility treatment cycle or adoption-related process, ensuring you have the necessary time to attend medical appointments, procedures, or adoption meetings.
• Flexible Working Arrangements: We understand that treatment and adoption schedules can be unpredictable. We’re committed to working with you to accommodate your needs, whether that means adjusting your working hours or location.

4. Mental Health & Wellbeing Support

We recognise that these life-changing journeys can take an emotional toll. Automata provides access to the Spill therapy tool, offering confidential counselling and support services. Whether you need someone to talk to during fertility treatments or throughout the adoption process, Spill is here to help you and your family navigate these times with care.
